About PrankWheel

PrankWheel is a free, browser-based prank wheel of names. It looks like an ordinary random name picker, but the person running it can secretly choose the winner. It exists to make friends laugh, not to decide anything that matters.

Why a rigged wheel?

Spinning wheels are the internet's favourite way to settle "who pays" or "who goes first", because everybody trusts them. That trust makes a rigged wheel one of the simplest, funniest pranks there is, and the reactions make great videos.

Our ground rules

• Pranks only. Don't use a rigged wheel for giveaways, raffles, prizes or money.
• A real fair option. Fair Mode disables every hidden control.
• Private by design. Names stay on your device. There are no accounts and no server-side storage.
• Always reveal. Every prank has a reveal button. Use it.

How it works

Fair spins use your browser's cryptographic random number generator. Rigged spins calculate a stopping angle inside the chosen slice and play the same animation as a fair spin. Clips are recorded on your device with the browser's MediaRecorder API and never uploaded. Read the full guide.
